How to Claim a Price Match Before You Purchase

Price Match Terms & Conditions

• We match against other UK vaping retailers excluding discount codes.
• We match the prices of products (excluding delivery) that are offered on similar terms by other stores. Where we can, we will check the price and stock position.
• When contacting us about a price match, please note that our competitor's product(s) must have an identical model number to ours.
• We are unfortunately not able to price match products that are sold on third-party websites and non-vape retailers, including eBay and Amazon.
• We are unable to provide price matches on products that are on sale.
• Please be aware that our bundle deals cannot be price matched. This is because the products must match exactly and not include other products such as e-liquids.
• We cannot match our competitor's ink, trade, or membership prices.
• We and our competitors must have the product(s) in stock ready to be delivered.
